Parking

Jalsa team has secured three parking garages for Jalsa guests. Parking will be provided free of charge while spaces are available. Once a garage reaches capacity, guests will be responsible for any parking fees incurred. Two garages are within walking distance of the site, while one garage will have shuttle service available.

Shuttle service will only be provided for guests parking at the Coliseum Deck. Guests parking at the 5th & Marshall and 7th & Marshall garages will need to walk to the Jalsa site.

Parking garages will operate daily from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Vehicles may not remain overnight under the complimentary parking program and Jalsa guests might end up paying $60–$100 if they remain overnight.

1. 5th & Marshall Garage

• Guests must retrieve a parking ticket upon entering the garage.

• They must then obtain a validation sticker from a Jalsa volunteer.

• The ticket and sticker combination is valid only until 9:30 PM on the same day and for one entry only.

• If a guest exits and returns, the original validation will no longer be valid for free parking.

• Guests staying beyond one day will be responsible for parking charges after the validated period.

• Approximately 100 handicap-accessible spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. 7th & Marshall Garage

• Guests will receive a parking pass from Jalsa volunteers.

• Guests may enter and exit the garage throughout the day using their pass.

3. Coliseum Deck

• Guests will receive a parking pass from Jalsa volunteers.

• Guests may enter and exit the garage throughout the day using their pass.

• Shuttle service will be available between the Coliseum Deck and the Jalsa site.

Garage Operations

• Garages will be opened sequentially based on capacity.

• Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Instructions

• Guests may be dropped off on Marshall Street and should follow all volunteer directions.
• Drop-off will only be permitted on the men’s side of the site.
• No pick-up or drop-off will be permitted on the women’s side along 5th Street.

Pick-Up Procedures

To help keep traffic flowing efficiently:

• Guests should contact their family members before requesting pick-up.

• Families should only enter the pick-up queue once their passengers are ready and waiting outside.

• Volunteers should keep vehicles moving and avoid any bottlenecks or extended waiting in the pick-up area.
